This site sets no cookies and does not track you. The only personal details we receive are the ones you type into the enquiry form.
Who we are
VEYLO STUDIO is run by Pitchaya Norkham, trading as VEYLO STUDIO, based in Thailand. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address, the service you picked, your message, and — if you fill them in — your company or studio and a link to your drawings. We also receive any files you later send us by email. We use them only to reply to you, prepare your quote or free demo, and carry out the work if you order. Under the GDPR the legal ground is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then the contract itself.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them with anyone outside the services listed below.
Who handles the data for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the form: it receives what you typed and passes it to our mailbox as an email.
- Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
- Google (Google Workspace and Gmail) provides the mailboxes where emails and form enquiries arrive and where we reply from.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views so we can see how many people visit. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you and only gives us aggregate numbers, never a profile of you.
We work from Thailand and these providers operate internationally, including in the United States, so your details are handled outside the EU, the UK and Australia.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not become a project, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep the project correspondence for as long as we need it for the work and for our business records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live — in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies, fonts and links
The site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social-media scripts. Apart from the small Cloudflare Web Analytics script above, fonts, images and video are served from this site, not from third parties. The Instagram and LinkedIn links in the footer take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
