How much does a bird's-eye view render cost?
From $690 USD per image. You get one fixed price for your project within 24 hours of sending the brief, before any work starts.
What is the difference between a bird's-eye view and an exterior render?
An exterior render shows the building from street or garden level. A bird's-eye view looks down on the whole site — buildings, roads, gardens and the area around them — so buyers and investors understand the layout at a glance.
Can you render a whole housing development or masterplan?
Yes. Bird's-eye views are made for larger sites and housing developments; larger projects get their own timeline with the quote.
What do you need for a bird's-eye view?
The site plan and building plans in CAD, SketchUp, Revit or PDF, the roads, landscaping and surroundings to show, and the angle and how much of the area around the site you want in the image.
How long does it take?
Five working days from an approved brief for a standard set of images. Larger projects get their own timeline with the quote.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds. You comment directly on the image. Anything beyond that is quoted before we start it.
How does the free demo work?
Send us the drawings for one view of your project. We check that the project and the files are suitable, then confirm the view and a demo slot. You get one draft render free — draft resolution, with a small watermark — so you can judge the quality before you order anything. The 48 hours start once we confirm the slot and have the agreed files. No commitment.
What do I receive?
Still images in 4K, ready for print, web and presentations. We keep the source files, so extra views later cost less.
