( Guide )
What files do I send for a 3D render?
Short answer: send your drawings in any form — CAD, SketchUp, Revit or PDF — plus material references and the mood you are after. A sketch is enough to start the conversation; you get one fixed price within 24 hours of sending the brief.
The short checklist
- Drawings: plans, and elevations or sections where the render needs them, in CAD, SketchUp, Revit or PDF
- Materials and finishes: product links, photos or a mood board
- The mood: reference images for the light and atmosphere you want
- The views you need: which rooms or sides of the building, and how many images
- Your deadline

Which file formats work
CAD, SketchUp, Revit and PDF all work. If you already have a SketchUp or Revit model, send it along with the drawings. A PDF floor plan works as well as the others; if anything on a plan is unclear, we ask before quoting.
What you don't need yet
- A finished design. A sketch is enough to start the conversation.
- Exact camera angles. Tell us the views you need; you approve the angles on a simple preview before any detail work begins.
- A furniture layout for a 3D floor plan. If you don't have one, the rooms are furnished to suit their size and use.
How to send them
Put a link to your drawings — a shared folder or file transfer — in the enquiry form, or email the files to [email protected]. We confirm the views, the scope and a fixed price within 24 hours.
Start with a free view
Send the drawings for one view of your project and get one draft render free — draft resolution, with a small watermark — so you can judge the quality before you order anything. We check that the project and the files are suitable, then confirm the view and a demo slot; the 48 hours start once we confirm the slot and have the agreed files.
